Senior Employee Relations Consultant . The Senior Employee Relations Consultant supports the mission, goals and objectives of Cottage Health. Serves as a support and resource to employees and management staff on employee relations and conflict resolution. Maintains knowledge of employee relations practices, tools, and process improvement methodologies. Supports positive employee relations through programs and processes that are aligned with the CH Code of Conduct, Standards of Behavior, performance management and retention goals. Guides others within the department sharing knowledge about Employee Relations principles and philosophies. Additionally acts as a coach for the Employee Relations Consultant with their responsibilities and models effective teamwork and conflict management skills.QUALIFICATIONSAll job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.LEVEL OF EDUCATIONMinimum: Bachelor's DegreeCERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMinimum: N/APreferred: Professional in Human Resources SHRM certification (PHR)TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSMinimum: Proficient with Microsoft officePreferred: Knowledge of Infinium HRISYEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCEMinimum: 5 years working in a Human Resources environmentPreferred: 10 years Human Resources experience with demonstrated oversight of Employee Relations issues.About Us
