Position Overview:
Provide data analysis support for the Commercial Clinical Strategy team, including identification of physician / healthcare professional (HCP) segments best suited to meet objectives of client promotional programs, oversight of strategic programs, and campaign impact analyses using prescription dataDevelop interactive data tools and dashboards aimed at supporting Sales and other internal teamsAutomate and optimize various targeting, campaign management, and pitch processes to reduce lead time and expedite the delivery of client solutionsHelp manage Omnichannel programs which could include creating configurations, monitoring reporting dashboards, and recommending optimizationsWork with the Machine Learning team to create custom audience segments for each Omnichannel client and monitor investment strategies
Qualifications:Education/Certifications:
BS in a STEM major
Experience:
1+ years' of professional or internship experienceAdvanced in ExcelProficient in SQLProficient in PowerPointExperience designing or building data visualization dashboards (e.g. Looker, LookerStudio, Tableau)Experience with Python, a plusOutstanding problem-solving and analytical skillsHigh energy, self-motivated, disciplined self-starter with an entrepreneurial spiritOutstanding team player, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentInnovative critical thinker and passionate about dataAbility to balance attention to detail with quick execution against tight timelinesStrong communication skills, both oral and written - ability to distill complex concepts into easily understandable presentations
