THE JOB / Account Director, Client Services (Home Improvement Client)CLIENT SERVICES
/ Responsible for leading Octagon's client business and day-to-day management of client programs.***Our headquarters is in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position is in Atlanta, GA.***We are looking for an Account Director to lead all aspects of the overall strategy development, activation planning, and budget management for our client's 10+ Atlanta partnerships. Including, but not limited to MLB, MLS, NFL, College Football, etc.This role provides you with the opportunity and autonomy to lead and mentor a team of specialists across the Divisional portfolio for our Home Improvement client. As the head of this team, you run point related to the development of asset management, activation programming, and hospitality.The ideal candidate is a team leader, strategic thinker, highly organized, and a self-starter. This position requires previous experience managing a team, excellent communication and time management skills, acute attention to detail, and client/partner management.The Account Director will report into the Group Director with two direct reports and oversee a team of five.THE WORK YOU'LL DOOversee and lead the strategy of partnership programs across the client's divisional portfolioOwn and cultivate client relationships across the businessCollaborate with internal teams across creative, innovation, and digital strategyBuild presentations with the support of the day-to-day teamWork closely with other client verticals to ensure consistency in management and programming across the entire portfolioOversee the creative development process and ensure client creative delivers on the objective and follows brand guidelinesAssist the team with on-site hospitality needs as necessaryManage and track the overall budgets and finances related to programmingOversee documentation for projects including program overviews, recap summaries, agency POVs, budgets, and sell in presentationsOther related duties as reasonably assigned

Anticipated travel level: Moderate (20-45%)

The base range for this position is $70,000 - 90,000.
