PALFINGER is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing based in our North American Headquarters in Schaumburg, IL. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Service, you will be responsible for driving customer and revenue growth by strengthening our leadership position in the market, driving better engagement with prospects, users, and dealers and garnering market insights to inform product strategy and sales execution. Your Responsibilities
Responsible for driving customer and revenue growth by strengthening our brand positioning in the market, leveraging digital and traditional marketing efforts to drive better engagement with customers, prospects, users and dealersBuild strong cross-functional partnerships with teams including sales, service, product line management and corporate marketing to create long-term value for our customers and businessesIdentify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials, strengthening our leadership in the customer engagement space across all product lines and segments.Develop meaningful messaging frameworks addressing different personas and audiences; understand the buyer, pain points and differentiated valueKey performance indicators will include improving growth metrics (revenue, market share), leads generated, brand awareness, product launch campaigns, trade marketing campaigns, and digital presenceMedia Management: Content strategy, Direct & email marketing, Social Media management, SEO, Asset creationBuild, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy, garnering market and customer insightsIdentifying new market opportunities and the target audience of a product checking the efficiency of the implemented product development and marketing strategiesBuild and develop a capable marketing team, delegating tasks fairly_____
Your Qualifications10+ years of marketing leadership experience growing marketing teams, preferably in related industryBachelor's or Master degree in marketing or related discipline; MBA preferredProven leadership experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategyMarketing innovation and experience with leading product marketing strategyCreative and innovative, with an entrepreneurial and customer-centric mindsetExperience working cross-functionally to ensure marketing programs are in line with company objectivesData-driven profile with the ability to draw insight from complex marketing dataProven ability to influence senior executives and build trust across different functions.Great communication and presentation skills_____
