Hand-on experience in developing .Net distributed applications with good knowledge on both front-end and back-end technologiesExperience working on Production Support activities, based on the ITIL Framework: Incident, Problem Management, Change Management and Service fulfillment for .Net based distributed applicationsDemonstrate high level of agility and proactivity in collaborating with internal and external teams. Experience working with multiple interfacing teams and drive issues to resolutionsMust have Customer centric mindset, autonomous and self-driven, multi-tasker. Optimize operational procedures to improve efficiency, reduce time to restore and minimize costs. Must have passion for continuous improvementsCommunicates with Bundle leads and Service Delivery manager on a frequent basis. Report on SLAs and KPIs and develop recommendations to improve quality of service

Desirable Skills:
