JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The BDM will develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence, establish long-term partnerships, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a proactive and results-driven professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Market Research and Analysis:

oConduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

oAnalyze competitors and evaluate the company's position in the market.

• Lead Generation and Prospecting:

oIdentify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.

oBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.

• Client Relationship Management:

oDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

oEngage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

• Sales Strategy and Execution:

oDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

oPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

oNegotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

• Collaboration and Coordination:

oWork closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.

oCollaborate with senior management to set sales targets and develop action plans.

• Reporting and Performance Tracking:

oMonitor and report on sales performance, including key metrics and KPIs.

oProvide regular updates to management on business development activities and outcomes.

QUALIFITCATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Education:

oBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

• Experience:

oProven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a similar role.

oDemonstrated success in developing and closing business deals.

• Skills:

oStrong understanding of market dynamics and business development principles.

oExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

oExceptional negotiation and closing skills.

oProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

oAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
