Job Description
BryceTech is currently looking for a Sr. Business Associate - Medical Product Finance Analyst.This position will be supporting a high-visibility ASPR client managing over $12B in portfolio value with a variety of needs including support to the project team, acquisition program, and industry outreach efforts. This role will support the development and management of innovative government programs to expand the industrial base for public health sector medical technology. Be familiar with pharmaceutical development business best practices. The person in this role will:
* Support innovative government programs and pharmaceutical development business best practices* Manage independent projects, including but not limited to understand, draft, and deliver risk management strategies* Provide advice and assistance with grants and contracting needs, supporting business operations, including tracking flow across multiple agencies* Support the review White Papers and Full Proposals as required* Support the review of business systems and tools designed to support IBMSC* Work with program offices to advise and assist with grant and contracting needs.* Assist with business operations, including tracking flow across multiple agencies.* Provide daily financial updates - i.e. updates for balance sheets, procurement, obligations, de-obligations, and spend plan.* Collaborate with service partners, stakeholders and other federal, state, local and tribal agencies to deal with obligations and de-obligation issues* Draft and update documents to obligate and deobligate funding via G-invoicing and prepare decision memos to be included as key components on the 7600 series documents* Create, execute, and track documents for approval to recover ASPR funds shared with service partners.* Perform weekly data validation against financial reports to ensure accuracy and report any anomalies* Provide Finance Team with weekly updates on the status of fund recoveries for DOD, Non-DOD, and ASPR funds* Process Training Requests forms collaborate with ASPR Training Dept for approval and payment for IBMSC/ASPR staff to attend planned training and conferences.
Qualifications
* Bachelor`s degree or advanced degree in business field* 6-8 years of experience within private sector or government agencies* Experience with federal government acquisition programs* Excellent verbal and written communications skills* Proficiency with all MS Office product and Adobe Acrobat Additional information* Travel on official business per the government's request as require
Additional Information
* Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000* Travel on official business per the government's request as required* This is a hybrid role, with a RTO requirement of at least 4 days on site per pay period.
