As the Wealth Management Business Project Manager, you will have accountability to support project management for the Park Avenue Securities organization. The position requires a solid grasp of traditional project management skills, along with thought leadership, strategic planning and effective communications skills. You will identify, prioritize, and implement new projects to support organizational objectives!

You will
Manage key PAS projects from ideation through to implementation and monitoring
Define measurement criteria for success for business metrics and monitor to ensure they are achieving business goals
Identify and communicate potential risks and constraints for projects
Support the ideation of critical strategic projects
Create and manage presentations for executive leadership for project status, strategy, business programs, town halls, vendor meetings, etc
You will be responsible establishing and monitoring key program metrics to gauge achieved performance and adjust as needed.
You have
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability in a similar role
CAPM or PMP Certification preferred
Experience with creating and designing professional power point presentations to convey executive level ideas in support of key initiatives
Strong background in consulting, with the ability to provide strategic advice and insights.
Proven track record of successful project management in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to navigate complex projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with project management tools and software.
Experience with wealth management products, systems, and data preferred
Salary Range
$82,660.00 - $135,805.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
