REMOTE ROLE Technical Lead, Salesforce/CRM and CX position Salesforce SME - we need you! Here's some things that you'll do:Identify the best technical solutions to solve existing and new business needs by considering the overall technical landscape/architecture, technical limitations, risks, etc.Participate in technical design sessions and technical code reviews with development teams to ensure best practices are followed and technical debt is minimizedWork closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are accurately translated into working technical designsCreate and provide sign-off on technical design documentation/specifications according to how the solution is defined, managed, and deliveredAnalyze data requirements and impacts based on the business requirement (i.e., understanding where data is sourced from, how it is stored, how to pull/surface data so that it aligns to best practices and our overall data strategy, etc.)Communicate and coordinate end-to-end technical needs/expectations across all delivery teamsLead new technical solution evaluations and provide recommendations to the teamDescribe the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software solution to project stakeholdersMake-it-happen demeanor, the innate capacity for ownership and timely delivery of results in a fast-paced environmentWork under minimal supervision on enterprise-wide projects requiring creative solutionsMentor technical team members (either employee or vendor partners) to continuously broaden their technical capabilities and capacity to manage increasingly complex issuesContinuously pursue training/education/learning resources to maintain a strong knowledge of business technology solutions and applicable technologies, tools, and services Tell us if you're ready:
Required Skills : Must have 5 years? experience as a Software Technical Lead or Solutions Architect Must have 5 years of experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud), including extensive hands-on experience with and knowledge of: o Salesforce configuration and customization o Lightning Components (including Lightning Web Components) o Salesforce integration (specifically REST service) o Visualforce, APEX, and SOQL o Triggers, Salesforce Flows, process builder, and workflow o Salesforce data model and security model Experience across development and cloud-based technologies, including object-oriented languages Experience developing using modern JavaScript front-end frameworks (e.g., React, AngularJS, jQuery, Bootstrap, Salesforce Lightning Design System, etc.) Experience converting designs and wireframes to responsive interfaces using modern web technologies (CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript) Strong technical knowledge of various platform and ETL technologies/tools and processes including: Salesforce ecosystem/app-exchange products, Informatica, Denodo, AWS, Snowflake, Tableau, and Outsystems Experience with GIT, Visual Studio Code, and working on/managing code across multiple parallel environments Experience with Google Analytics and Qualtrics (or other customer experience/survey platforms) is preferred Demonstrated understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle models (e.g., Scrum) and Agile Scrum techniques (e.g., user stories, backlog grooming, planning, etc.) Experience using Agile planning tools (JIRA Software, JIRA Align, and Confluence preferred)Basic Qualification :Additional Skills :Rank :A2Requested Date :2022-10-25
