Job Description

We seek a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist for our Tier 2 and 3 support team. The ideal candidate will possess vast knowledge and technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and other critical technologies. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to providing top-tier support to our users.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support: Resolve complex issues related to Microsoft Azure, Intune, Azure AVD, and other critical systems.

Incident management: Respond to and manage support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical problems.

Technical documentation: Create and maintain detailed support logs, documentation, and knowledge base articles to aid in troubleshooting and training.

Collaboration: Work closely with IT support team to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

User training: Provide training and guidance to end-users on utilizing hardware and software effectively.

Continuous improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in support processes and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.

Skills and Requirements

Extensive knowledge: In-depth technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, Intune, Azure AVD, and related technologies.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support in a Tier 2 or 3 support role.

Technical skills: Proficient in troubleshooting, system administration, and endpoint management. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Intune, and others are highly desirable.

Experience with other cloud platforms and IT infrastructures is a plus. null
