One of our clients in Tequesta, FL needs a Clinical Support Specialist for a full-time position.

Tequesta, FLDescription of Duties:

Work collaboratively with the Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisors, Clinical team members, and interdisciplinary team on assessing clinical needs in the milieu and providing clinical interventions.Assist in providing clinical support, such as individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy in alignment with treatment planning goals.Assist with crisis management, including AMAs and behavioral issues, and communicate with Licensed Clinicians and medical and RA staff if there is a safety concern.Follow standards in alignment with DCF, JC, and AHCA regarding policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.Effectively communicates relevant clinical information to the clinical team and interdisciplinary team.Demonstrates an understanding of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.Demonstrates ability to respond to feedback and supervision from supervisor and peers.Demonstrates knowledge of basic diagnostic criteria for mental health, substance use, suicide risk/self-harm, and major psychiatric disorders.Adheres to Futures of Palm Beach policies and procedures.Maintain appropriate boundaries, attendance, professionalism, and ethical behavior with patients, families, and other professionals.Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with Title 42 CFR, Part 2, and HIPAA and Futures Recovery Healthcare.Performs other duties as assigned.Education:

Master's Level (M.S., M.A.) PreferredExperience:

Experience working in co-occurring settings with Mental Health and Substance Use PopulationLicenses:
