We are currently seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow HR Module Developer/Architect to join our innovative team. This is a hybrid role, with in-office presence required 3-4 days per week.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Developer/Architect for the ServiceNow HR Module, you will be at the forefront of transforming HR service delivery by designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline processes, integrate HR systems, and ensure seamless functionality across the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Development: Architect and implement ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions including Case & Knowledge Management, HR Portal, and Employee Service Center.
Customization & Configuration: Tailor workflows, business rules, forms, and UI policies to meet specific HR requirements, enhancing system efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical solutions.
System Integration: Develop and maintain integrations with external HR systems such as HCM, Payroll, and Identity Management via APIs and web services (REST/SOAP).
Platform Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform regular system testing, debugging, and issue resolution to ensure the reliability and stability of HRSD solutions.
Technical Documentation: Produce detailed technical documentation, including process flows, architecture diagrams, and design specs for internal and client use.
User Support & Training: Provide guidance and support to HR stakeholders and end-users, delivering training and resolving technical inquiries as needed.
Automation & Reporting: Develop automation scripts, workflows, and custom reports to optimize processes and provide actionable HR insights.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with ServiceNow platform upgrades, new features, and industry best practices, implementing enhancements as appropriate.
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD development and architecture.
Expertise in UI customization, including complex macros and Service Portal design.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, JQuery, and CSS for developing client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
Experience in third-party integrations and API-driven development (REST/SOAP).
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and the ability to configure data sources, LDAP, SSO, and transform maps.
Knowledge of CMDB, Asset Management, and business services relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-player mindset.
