The Career Development Specialist is a key resource for Robins and Morton team members, guiding them in exploring their interests, skills, values, and goals to identify and pursue career opportunities that align with both personal aspirations and organizational objectives. This role also supports the Learning and Development function by providing career counseling, coaching, and program development.

Utilize career development best practices to support team members in career planning and goal setting.Conduct comprehensive career assessments to assist employees in identifying strengths and areas for development.Provide proactive career counseling and coaching, leveraging various tools and resources.Stay informed on labor market trends and competitor analysis to guide team members effectively.Design, implement, and continuously improve career development programs and services.Evaluate career counseling outcomes to enhance the effectiveness of services provided.Generate reports on career development goals and performance metrics from internal systems.Foster strong relationships with team members to build long-term trust and engagement.Collaborate with managers and HR to update and maintain job descriptions and career pathways.Conduct regular outreach to team members to discuss and refine goals and performance reviews.Manage reminders and communications related to goal setting and performance reviews using SuccessFactors software.Facilitate training sessions on SuccessFactors for team members to ensure effective use of the platform.Utilize HR and learning management systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Litmos) for reporting and management tasks.Support the launch, download, and distribution of DiSC reports and Franklin Covey 360 assessments.Maintain a thorough understanding of Robins and Morton's culture to help align employee career goals with company objectives.Assist in creating and disseminating organizational communications, such as brochures, online posts, bulletin boards, and newsletters, to promote training and development events and resources.Collaborate effectively with management and HR teams to support overall employee development initiatives.

Bachelors degree in in counseling, psychology, education, or a related field.Preferably, 5 plus years' experience in human resources or career counseling.Excellent written and oral communications.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization.Advanced analytical and readi g skills.Superior intuition related to employee communication.
