With over 40 years of experience, our dedicated team provides expert assistance from product selection to installation and servicing, catering to customers in Overland Park, Leawood, Lee's Summit, Olathe, and the entire Kansas City metro area.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Pella Products of KC, Inc. in Lenexa, KS. The Human Resources Generalist role will involve a variety of tasks including staffing, training, onboarding and development, and compensation and benefits, enforcing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment law. This position will report to Pella KC's CFO but will provide support and work closely with all managers and leaders in the business.QualificationsHuman Resources (HR) and HR Management skillsKnowledge of HR policies and procedures, best practices, and employment lawExperience in Employee Benefits and Benefits AdministrationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to maintain confidential informationBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldSHRM-CP certification or equivalent requiredExperience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)3-5 years experience in Human Resources required
