This role involves managing project documentation, coordinating tasks, and ensuring compliance with company standards.**Key Responsibilities**- Manage project documents, including submittals and RFIs.- Assist the Project Manager with project coordination and problem-solving.- Maintain logs for change orders and documents.- Oversee subcontractor contracts and ensure timely submittals.- Monitor contractor progress and address issues.- Prepare project reports and assist with payroll.- Represent the company in client and subcontractor meetings.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle is a plus.- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.** Working
