TEAM UP WITH US!The Project Manager II is responsible for leading power system projects to be delivered to the customer on time, on budget, with the correct specifications, and with the quality expected from the customer.DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?WHAT YOU'LL DO:Manage Power System projects during the entire cycle from quoting to start-up with the customer.Work closely with other departments to build and maintain strong relationships. This will create trust, and therefore velocity in our work. This includes Sales, Sales Support, Parts, Rig-Up shop, etc.Find, purchase, track, and receive needed components for the project.Assist with finding key vendors and maintaining strong working relationships with them. This includes researching potential vendors, evaluating them, and holding them accountable for their deliverables.Responsible for customer satisfaction through the timely delivery of quality WCAT PSD products.Provide feedback and expertise during the quoting process of new or challenging projects.Perform 'lessons learned' exercises after key projects and collect feedback from the team.Follow PSD processes and perform duties within the guidelines laid out by the PSD Projects Manager.Manage complex projects from one or multiple land based salesmen.Manage the Engineering efforts, manufacturing of components, and purchase of outside components.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:High School Diploma with 8-years professional experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 3-years professional experience.Project Management - 2-4 years of experience with a proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proven ability to lead diverse groups of teams and keep projects on budget, on time, and within scope.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Ability to interpret and create technical documents.Proficient in Excel, and other current technologyValid Driver's license and clean driving record.
