This position is hybridin their Alpharetta, GA office! Our client is looking for an individual that is outgoing, open minded and ready to learn!
Paralegal Responsibilities:Draft contracts and other legal documentsCoordinate contract closing, administering and filling executed copies of contracts and organizing contract filesReview and process incoming claims, pleadings and subpoenasMaintain claims and litigation legal databaseSchedule is Monday- Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Paralegal Requirements:2+ years of law firm, public or private company paralegal experience2+ years contract and litigation management experienceBachelor's degree requiredfamiliar with DocuSign and Salesforce
