Summary:

The Document Coordinator plays a crucial role in the Supply Chain team, focusing on vendor management, process improvement, and support for new product development. This role requires strong organizational, multitasking, and relationship-building skills. Key responsibilities include managing vendor documentation, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining business processes related to the supply of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage FSMA and TraceGains documentation and assist in integrating acquisitions into the TraceGains system.

Collaborate with Procurement and Product Development to gather data for new material setup.

Assist in ordering materials and provide support to the Procurement team.

Work with Warehouse and QA teams to request and maintain documents.

Continuously improve processes and update standard work procedures.

Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in supply chain/procurement

TraceGains (system) experience highly preferred

Ability to be accountable for maintaining business processes associated with vendor approval/management documentation collection, data management, and coordination of supply of materials
