Position: Senior Subcontracts Administrator
Location: Westford, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Length: Direct Hire
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join the Research and Development Subcontracts team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant subcontracting experience.
Extensive experience with FAR and DFARS flow down requirements.
Experience negotiating terms and conditions.
Experience in evaluating, negotiating, pricing, and administrating firm fixed price, cost reimbursable, and time and materials type subcontracts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (experience with SAP and SRM is preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Prior experience in Department of Defense and/or technology development environment is strongly preferred.
Professional certification in Purchasing or Government Contracting is preferred.
