SPAARK is seeking a Data Analytics Analyst who will be responsible for data collection techniques, processing and analysis, visualization, and interpretation of information to assist the ongoing operations of the Office of the Provost Marshal General (OPMG). Automate the process of data retrieval and formatting for analyzation and submission to key stakeholders. Review open-source, Law Enforcement, Intelligence unclassified and classified sources data on multiple networks for processing and data entry purposes. Provide descriptive analytics, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics to data as prescribed by the government for use in finished products and reports. Utilize data analytic processes of collection, preparation, exploration, visualization, analysis, modeling, interpretation and communicate the results of the findings using spreadsheets, visualization tools, graphs, tables, charts, and multimedia presentations and systems of record. Review submitted requirements and information from customers to measure the effectiveness of the execution of their programs and track metrics. Provide written and oral presentations of unclassified and classified Law Enforcement Information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), research analytics to OPMG, Army, Department of Defense (DOD) and Federal Agency Senior Leaders as well as the community of interest at large as directed by the government. Provide analysis of requirements in support of Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution Process (PPBE) for OPMG and the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) build. Prepare, proofread, edit, and revise documentation, products and reports for accuracy and reporting errors/inconsistencies. Assist Criminal and Intelligence analyst in performing data correlation, link analysis, trend identification and provide analytic assessment as required to ascertain linkages and patterns. Coordinate and dialogue with community partners across the Department of the Army, Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence and Federal, State, Local, Tribal Law Enforcement agencies to support mission requirements. Travel to attend conferences and collaborative meetings with community partners as required. Apply the analytic research methods required IAW the ICD 191, 203, and 206, 209, and 710, 710.1, Security Classification Guidance, DIA Sourcing Guidance and 28 CFR Parts 16, 17, 20, 22 and 23.
Qualifications
Qualifications: U.S. Citizen Top Secret/SCI security clearance Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence analysis, research analysis, or operational research analysis in the law enforcement industry. Google Data Analytics, IBM Data Analyst, and/or Microsoft certification, AWS Certification, SAS Statistical Business or CompTIA Data Analytics Plus certification Experience with web-based portals, databases, data analytics software applications, and descriptive, predictive, diagnostic tools and techniques.
