Our brands portfolio includes CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, Vichy, SkinCeuticals and skinbetter science offering a range of skincare and haircare products to respond to all expectations linked to beauty and health of the skin.What You Will Do:This position is responsible for achieving sales volume, market share, and profit objectives for assigned national accounts through acceptable account management practices to include planning, coordinating, and executing company selling strategies.Achieve sales objectives for assigned accounts in terms of fuel, returns, display support, as part of a team in our top National Accounts (Costco, Sam's, BJ's) for the leading skincare brand Cerave.Develops and executes collaborative Business Development plans to achieve division and account sales objectives for assigned accountsBuilds and submit accurate sales forecasts including basic, promotional, display volume, returns, and expensesUtilizes all Sales and Marketing data as well as syndicated data such as Nielson and Consumer Research to achieve brand strategies as it relates to pricing, promotion, distribution and space managementWhat We Are Looking For:Required Qualifications:Business Acumen -in depth knowledge of business objectives, category, retail dynamics, competitors, market trends and consumersData Analysis -Evaluates data to assess business implication and make sound recommendationsFinancial Knowledge -working knowledge of Financial P&L management and Trade MathCreative -Ability to stimulate collaboration internally and externally to develop creative solutions to complex problemsConflict Management -Work with accounts and internal teams to achieve sometimes conflicting or controversial objectives.Project and Time Management Skills -able to manage multiple projects and able to refocus priorities as the business dictatesEfficient Computer Skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookRequires effective interpersonal skills, organizational and analytical abilityAble to interact with all levels of management effectivelyPeople Management SkillsWhat's In It For You:Salary Range:
