Senior Firmware Engineer

to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing the firmware that powers our advanced robotic systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.Key Responsibilities:Firmware Development:

Design, implement, and maintain firmware for embedded systems in our robotic platforms.System Integration:

Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate firmware with mechanical and electronic components.Optimization:

Enhance firmware performance, reliability, and scalability through continuous testing and iteration.Technical Leadership:

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.Problem Solving:

Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to firmware and embedded systems.Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for firmware design and implementation processes.RequirementsQualifications:Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in firmware or embedded systems development.Technical Skills:Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.Strong understanding of microcontrollers, processors, and hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.).Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Experience with Robot Operating System (ROS).Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the robotics or automation industry.Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations related to robotics.Familiarity with wireless communication protocols (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Xbee).Experience with sensor integration and motor control systems.Proficiency in scripting languages like Python for testing and automation.Hands-on experience with ROS for robotic applications.BenefitsBenefits Package:
