Position Description
As an Account Manager/Account Manager Associate in the Naperville area, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:
Exceed quota expectations as established by managementManage the full breadth of products in your territoryEstablish and maintain strong relationships and contacts in assigned accountsProvide the highest levels of support and service to your accountsPosition Requirements
This position requires the following skills and attributes:
1-3+ years of medical/surgical device sales experienceExperience calling on surgeons, OR directors, nurse managers, clinical coordinators, nurse educators, and materials management administratorsProfessional sales experience with formal sales trainingProven goal oriented, self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial driveExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated performance record with clear documentation of successStrong relationships and understanding of the marketMust live in the geographical location of the position or be willing to relocateAbility to travel to Southern California for a 3-week training class4 year degreeApplied Medical Field Team Members must be able to meet third party credentialing requirements, which may include but are not limited to COVID-19 vaccination.Benefits
The base compensation range for this role is $47000 - $85000 / year for the position in Naperville, Illinois. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries in Naperville, Illinois based on the date of this job posting.
