Role Description: The Construction Operations Manager will supervise multiple installation projects across various construction specialties, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, and more. You will be responsible for coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring all projects are completed on time and meet our quality standards. This role also involves interacting with homeowners and handling project-related concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

Proven supervisory experience in construction management (roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, insulation, framing, etc.)

Ability to manage up to 100 open projects at once.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Experience with blueprint reading, scheduling installs, and ordering materials.

Familiarity with CRM software, estimating tools, and other project management software.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with employees, subcontractors, sales teams, homeowners, and suppliers.

Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Experience with recruiting and training crews and subcontractors.

Collaborative leadership approach, able to meet sales/installation goals.

Responsibilities as Construction Operations Manager at [Company Name]:
