Hours:
6 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday

Manage ISO-compliant calibration programHandle and oversee PPAP processesSupport in recruiting and supervising the inspection teamSet up and utilize CMM machineryMaintain and execute lot traceability proceduresConduct inspections and handle NCR paperwork for non-compliant partsManage QA schedule and ensure timely completion of department tasksRequirements of the quality inspector:
Completion of relevant 4-year technical degree/program or equivalent experienceApplied GD&T and mechanical print reading skills.Experience in an AS9102, TS16949, ISO9001, or ISO13485Familiarity with designing, performing, and interpreting the results of GR&R studiesFamiliar with process capability calculations and SPC chartsOne or more relevant certifications from a professional organization
