We are looking for a Business Process Manager to join our Services_AME team in United States.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Directly or through delegation, manage Business Process Activities:
RFQ and tendering processingProcurement processesOrder entry processing, order planning, order coordination / project managementCentral point of contact for customer questions regarding schedules and other inquiries at the service center.Ensure expeditious communication with customer on tenders, order changes, status updates and concernsManagement of orders through to completion and ensure changes to order are conveyed to appropriate departmentsMonthly Sales Forecasting supportProvides counsel to Engineering, Quality, procurement, and manufacturing with key activity due dates and work prioritizationSupport activities related to sales department regarding tenders, procurement, and ordersActively involved with standardization and continuous improvement processes
Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide LEAN and QESH Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and proceduresOther management responsibilities as directed by the Operations Manager and General Manager, as well as maintaining all company initiativesResponsible for direct report's activities.Adheres to company and department policies, procedures, and standardsPerforms other duties as assignedTo succeed in this role, you will need:
Qualification in Engineering, Science or Business discipline or approved combination of experience and educationMinimum of five years' experience in closely related position. Preferably in a Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service environmentStrong Commercial awarenessExperience in negotiation in a Commercial environmentStaff Management experienceKnowledge of Pump or other Manufacturing and Project ManagementExperience with engineered products and quality principlesProficient knowledge of Nuclear, Commercial, or Export marketsDemonstrate computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and all aspects of SAP strongly preferredSalesforce CRM experience a plusThe ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, sectional drawings, engineered bill of materialsThe ability to read and understand customer specific requirements on inquiries and purchase ordersWhat we offer you:
