CORT Tradeshow and Events is

hiring immediately

for a full-time Tradeshow Coordinator in Baltimore, MD!CORT provides furniture rental solutions to trade shows and events including festivals, weddings, corporate events, or even the Superbowl! The Tradeshow Coordinator works with our operations and sales teams to coordinate deliveries and provide a positive experience for customers who rent furniture from us at tradeshows. The ideal candidate has experience in tradeshow or event planning and operations.This is a hands-on position that is performed 80% of the time onsite at Tradeshows and about 20% from the office. Required travel 25% of the time (estimated).Pay:

Starting at $61,000.Schedule:

Serve as the main point of contact for customers (general contractors, exhibit house companies, and exhibitors) throughout the furniture rental ordering, delivery, and pickup processSchedule delivery logistics with customers and CORT's operations team to ensure we have the correct product in place at the right timesProvide onsite service support at tradeshows including:Monitoring products and delivery for accuracy and quality standardsService failure and quality issue resolutionFacilitate order changes and maintain recordsCommunicate timelines, expectations, and priorities to operations teamMaintain positive relationships with repeat customers-regularly attend meetings to represent CORTQualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent requiredTradeshow (preferable) or event planning, coordination, or operations experienceStrong multi-tasking and problem-solving skillsFlexible; able to roll with the punchesStrong attention to detailAble to work a varying schedule; including nights and weekendsWilling to travel approximately 25% of the timeReliable transportation to travel to trade show locations to assist with logistics and management of the show
