Compensation: Earnings are based on a 45-hour workweekDuring Training:
$38,285 / year
(Avg. Annual Earnings) + uncapped bonusAfter Training: $60k - $80k / year (Avg. Annual Earnings and bonus)Benefits & Advantages:

The work day begins at 8:15 am; Monday - FridayOvertime and working Saturdays is required based on operational needsAs an MT, you will work an average of 45 hours every weekExtended office hours can vary based on the size of the branchJob Responsibilities:
Become proficient in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operationsDevelop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service via phone and in-personPromote additional products to best serve new and existing customersContact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangementsAssist the Branch Manager to exceed established branch goalsLearn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documentsBecome proficient in all aspects of management such as recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadershipRequired Qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent certificationMust have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicleWillingness to relocate upon promotion into management; your preference of relocation is considered, but not guaranteed. (Branch locations: MS, AL, LA, IL, MO, & TX)Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and credit check.
