Siegfried Rivera is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Paralegal with 5+ years of Commercial and Residential Real Estate experience. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, perform well under strict deadlines, and possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, ensuring precise and timely task completion.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Working knowledge and experience with residential and commercial closings including, but not limited to, preparation of contracts and leases, title ordering on ATIDS, ordering of all tax and lien searches, obtaining estoppels, preparing, and reviewing title commitments (and requirements), preparing title objection letters, preparing policies, preparing seller's documents, preparing closing statements, reviewing, and explaining loan closing packages, and handling all related closing matters. Have working knowledge and experience with post-closing workflow such as preparation of title policies, 1099 reporting, client and lender correspondence, and related issues. Manage client correspondence, through letters, phone calls, and e-mails. File maintenance - keeping all calendar items current, ensuring notes are always up to date and files are in the proper order.
