Technical Leadership:
Proven ability to influence and guide technical teams on best practices for application building and integration. Communication:
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including development managers and leads. Hands-on Technical Background:
Solid understanding of architecture design principles and experience in implementing solutions. Java & .NET:
In-depth knowledge of Java and .NET based applications. Cloud Technologies:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security aspects. Responsibilities:
Process Optimization:
Collaborate with the Engagement Manager to analyze and redesign business processes. Functional Design:
Create detailed functional design documents that align with customer requirements. Technical Specification:
Work with the Technical Architect to develop technical specifications for custom development and system integrations. Solution Recommendations:
Propose best practices and 3rd party solution alternatives within the functional design document. Training:
Contribute to training design, documentation, and delivery efforts. Technical Leadership:
Lead design and technical solutioning meetings, influencing others to adopt the proposed architecture. Problem-Solving:
Be organized and analytical, capable of handling multiple priorities and designing/implementing effective technology solutions. Qualifications:
Education:
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent is preferred. Business Acumen:
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into solution designs. Architecture Expertise:
Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, and enterprise application architecture. Technology Skills:
Hands-on experience with some of the following technologies:
Security Resiliency Integration/EAI technologies (e.g., Pervasive, Informatica, Jitterbit, ESB) C++, Java/J2EE (including SOAP, RESTful) .NET and related technologies (JSON, XML) Common frameworks (e.g., Struts, Spring, Hibernate) Database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, JDBC, SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures)
