As a Professional Consultant with CapTech, your focus will be helping our clients deliver results against some of their most complex business and technology initiatives. Success within our diverse range of clients requires the ability to adapt and perform in numerous Agile environments. In this position, your role as a Senior Agile Coach will require you to be a strategicpartner and thought leader for an organization transitioning to Agile delivery methodologies.Quickly establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and team members to help them in their journey of adopting Agile methodologyBecome a strategic partner to drive ROI and greater adoption and higher transformation successProvide coaching and training at the program and team levels in an emerging Agile environmentAssess the current organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices tailored to the clientPerform in various agile roles, including Scrum Master, where neededPlan, coordinate and facilitate agile events at the team and program levelInfluence at all levels of an organization and help implement recommended changesPrepare and deliver effective communications both verbally and orally regarding progress and status for both internal and client teamsPerform hands-on project work, including analysis, design and change management, as needed by the projectQualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience* CSM, CSPO and higher certification or equivalent preferred* Experience and certifications in one or more scaling frameworks - SAFe Program Consultant certification preferred* Experience with Value Stream Identification and Mapping preferred* Experience with lean product development leading practices, previous experience as a Product Owner preferred* Working knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence or other Agile delivery tools* Minimum 5 years of experience in IT full development life cycle* 5+ year experience with Scrum / Kanban methodologies* Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence* Ability to help teams write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutions* Attitude and ability to work through ambiguity and find creative solutions around roadblocks* Track record of proactively building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and team members* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders* Experience in consulting or working with diverse clients/industries is highly desirable* Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with awide variety of work products and people* Excellent interpersonal/communication skills* Willingness for occasional travelAdditional Information
