The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our innovative marketing team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of our marketing strategies for advanced omnichannel Order Management (OMS) and Warehouse Management (WMS) solutions. You will showcase how Constellation equips brands and warehouse operators with the visibility and control needed to excel in today's complex commerce and logistics landscape.
Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to highlight the capabilities of our API-first architecture, enabling enterprise-level efficiency, precision, and scalability for some of the world's largest brands and public sector agencies. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the narrative of our innovative solutions, driving success across multiple sales channels, sectors, and regions. As a key contributor, you will have the chance to make a significant impact by helping to shape our go-to-market strategies for these transformative products.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for OMS, WMS, and TMS products, aligning efforts with overall business goals and product roadmaps.
Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, sales, customer support) to ensure marketing efforts are well-integrated across departments.
Craft compelling messaging and engaging content for various channels (email, social media, blogs, website, webinars) to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Who You Are:
A strategic marketer with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
A creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a track record of driving impactful marketing initiatives.
Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You've Done:
3+ years of experience in a direct marketing role in E-commerce, Transportation, Distribution, Supply Chain, 3PL, or related industries.
Proven experience in marketing for enterprise-level OMS, WMS, or TMS software solutions.
Strong background in e-commerce logistics and supply chain management, including experience with relevant tools and technologies.
Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), as well as analytics tools for tracking and optimizing campaigns.
Experience managing B2B marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Nice to Haves:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Familiarity with public sector contracts and marketing to government agencies.
