It is home to leading publications andproducts including the flagship Wall Street Journal, America's largest newspaper by paid circulation;Barron's, MarketWatch, Mansion Global, Financial News, Investor's Business Daily, Factiva, DowJones Risk & Compliance, *** Newswires, OPIS and Chemical Market Analytics. ***is a division of News Corp (Nasdaq: NWS, NWSA; ASX: NWS, NWSLV).About the Role:*** is seeking a contractor (4 months) for the position of Senior Director, SubscriberAcquisition Marketing for the Wall Street Journal, Barron's, and MarketWatch who will manage ateam of acquisition marketers and will grow and optimize customer acquisition marketing programsaimed at driving subscription growth both domestically and internationally.Reporting to the SVP, Performance Marketing, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders acrossthe organization to plan, develop, and execute growth strategies.You Will:Execute comprehensive acquisition marketing strategies and tactics for WSJ, Barron's,MarketWatch to drive subscriber growth and meet business objectives (volume andrevenue).Manage a team of acquisition marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation,collaboration, and continuous improvement.Achieve clear performance goals and provide ongoing feedback and developmentopportunities to team members.Utilize data analytics and insights to manage and monitor campaign performance, identifytrends, and optimize marketing efforts to maximize ROI.Spearhead monthly subscription forecasting in conjunction with Finance, Data Analytics andthe wider team.Ensure owned channels (email, on-site), product experimentation, and paid media budgetsare delivering against subscription goals (volume and revenue).Work collaboratively with Product/Tech, News, Operations, Finance and broader Marketingteams to come up with creative ways to drive subscription growth.Provide post-campaign analysis - drawing on successes and failures, in order to identifytactics that are delivering on business goals.

You Have:

12+ years of results-driven digital marketing experience including a focus on customeracquisitionExperience managing a teamExperience working with product teamsROI-driven, digital-centric capabilities with the ability to anticipate media consumption trendsand emerging opportunitiesHands-on experience developing and reporting on creative metrics and KPIs for businessgoals as well as process improvement projectsExcellent planning, problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate andresolve challengesExperience seeking out opportunities for collaboration with the wider team andcommunicating effectively across departments
