Job Title - Marketing /Sales Coordinator

Summary:This position is responsible for the internal and external coordination of resident move ins andtransfers, to serve as a resident ambassador and to ensure a high-quality experience. This positionwill assist in community outreach relationship development and will work with the leadershipteam to generate future leads and prospects in the surrounding communities.The Marketing/ Sales Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Maintenance team, the SocialServices Director, and the Director of Residential Services, as needed, to ensure a timely, efficient,and positive move in and/or transfer experience for our residents and families. The Marketing /Sales Coordinator will work directly with the Director of Marketing/ Sales to also assist in leadgeneration and outreach activities as necessary.The candidate in this position must be highly relational, independent, and self-motivated,enthusiastic and outcome driven. Appropriate communication to all pertinent parties for an internal residenttransfer and all resident move outsJob Description 8-2022•Coordinate and obtain required pre-move in paperwork/documentation fromprospect/family and medical personnel as necessary•Work with prospects and family members to establish move in dates, internal transferdates and move out dates as applicable•Ensure apartment readiness prior to resident move in date or resident transfer date•Work with the Maintenance Team to ensure all designated apartments are appropriatelyassigned and move in ready•Partner with the Residential Services Director to coordinate the Resident Ambassadorassignment for new residents moving in•Follow up with new residents and their families at key, post move-in timeframes - weeklyfor month 1, bi-weekly for month 2, and monthly for months 3-6.•Assist with tours•Manage resident and family communication and coordination of arrival/removal offurniture and personal items•Assist with ensuring collateral materials are available for marketing use; assemble andmaintain model apartments to show, develop and maintain a marketing tour book for thecommunity, and take deposits•Develop and maintain a community outreach plan that focuses on developing, cultivatingand nurturing relationships with professional individuals and entities most likely to refer tothe campus.•Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including attendance at community events,workshops, and other communication opportunities both internally and externally.•Assist in the organization and planning of offsite and onsite special events and marketingevents•Prepare accurate records, document and record leads, and referrals against identifiedgoals•Maintain Move-N database with all contacts, referrals and activities relating to communityoutreach and relationship buildingSupervisory Responsibility- N/AQualifications:•Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or related field preferredhowever extensive related experience may be substituted for a degree•Preferred experience of 3-5 years of sales related experience within a senior setting•Ability to travel distances necessary to execute outreach strategy within local and extendedmarkets may be necessary•Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills.•Strong experience preparing reports-requiring mid-level knowledge of Microsoft Officeincluding Word, Excel, and PowerPoint•Professional, relational, enthusiastic, and positive attitude•Detail-orientated focus with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time with aninterdisciplinary teamJob Description 8-2022•Must be self-motivated and independent with an ability to problem solve and makedecisions.Work Environment:While performing duties of this job the employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of residentconditions and elements. The noise level is moderate to quiet. Uniform/Dress requirement isprofessional business attire.Physical and sensory requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to communicate andlisten. This position requires sitting 40% of the time. Occasional standing, walking, twisting, andbending. The ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally without assistance. Must be able to cope withthe mental and emotional stresses of position.
