Job Description

Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) launched a new Advanced TV (ATV) practice, PMX Lift, in June 2021. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement. The offerings within PMX Lift includes products around Addressable TV, and OTT video.

The Lift Enablement team is dedicated to supporting the sales/growth/demand of the PMX Lift product. To support the increased demand of Lift solutions, we are growing our team and looking for a highly motivated Supervisor of Enablement to serve as a key member of the broader Lift team, acting as the primary day to day contact and working to maintain positive relationships across the organization and with external partners.

The ideal candidate will be eager to understand and perfect the nuances associated with audience-based buying, understand their clients’ goals and objectives, provide exceptional customer service, anticipate needs associated with unique business categories, utilize appropriate communication channels, and following up to ensure all processes and desired outcomes are met.

This role offers high visibility with Publicis agency leadership and executives, the chance to work across a variety of client brands/verticals and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts.

Responsibilities

Full ownership of campaign cycle from intake to measurement, ensuring agreed upon goals and objectives, as well as desired client outcomes are being met.

Act as the subject matter expert across Advanced TV and marketplace capabilities, sharing thought leadership pieces with internal stakeholders through both written and verbal communication. Experience working with pharmaceutical brands a huge plus.

Utilize expertise and category specific business insights, to understand and make campaign level recommendations, ensuring the greatest campaign efficiency and performance.

Work collaboratively across teams to manage key stakeholders (including off shore resources), ensuring timely approval and execution of Lift campaigns

Manage creative, traffic and any billing needs both from internal teams and external vendors

Track and enforce timelines, ensuring all teams, internal and external are meeting deadlines and providing required deliverables

Comfortable leading status calls and following up with summary emails

Help to identify areas for opportunity to expand current processes and drive automation improvement

Develop and maintain relationships between internal and external parties

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

3+ years of experience within an agency or media company, and history executing audience-based campaigns programmatically and through Direct IO. Understanding of local/geo campaign planning experience a huge plus.

Sound understanding of Addressable TV and CTV channels, preferably with planning and/or buying with Advanced TV vendors (examples including Ampersand, Dish, DirecTV, Amobee, OpenAP, NBCU AdSmart, Viacom Vantage, Discovery Engage, Vizio, Samsung, Roku, etc.)

Experience working with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data in various applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing individual to explain how plans were developed, what they entail, and how they are executed.

Excellent attention to detail

Energetic, friendly, and tactful professionalism in communications with a diverse range of individuals

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.

Excellent relationship building and ability to work both independently ad part of a team.

Trustworthy to maintain confidentiality.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
