is supporting a growing Federal contractor with strength in Financial and Budgetary Management, Data Analytics, Data Management, IT Infrastructure, Change Management, and other related solutions, with an emphasis on supporting the Department of Defense. Our client seeks junior to mid-level Data Architects with active Secret clearances for a project supporting the US Navy.As the Data Architect, your responsibilities will include :Support the analysis and validation of data models and other solution components to ensure they meet the intent of the client's strategy.Support system analysis, software changes, and integrations across multiple technologiesSupport the review of client data policies and system data fields to understand how the relevant data model will impact to day-to-day operations.Contribute to the establishment of data management strategies, principles, models, and standards.Requirements :BS/BA degree in applicable fieldActive DoD Secret security clearance required.Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsProven ability to work effectively with both technical and functional team membersStrong ability to break down problems, structure your own work and that of others, and deliver outcomes and valuable outputs on aggressive timelinesExperience with complex problem-solving strategies, able to determine the source of a problem and find an effective solution(s) through an in-depth evaluation of varying factors, a strong capacity for abstract reasoning and creative visioningExperience using Enterprise Architecture tools like ARIS, Enterprise Architect, etc.Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization toolsStrong analytical and decision-making skillsCapability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentProficient in Agile practices, methodologies, and toolsExperience supporting large-scale IT transformation with multiple stakeholders and ensuring integration/collaboration occurs across all partiesPreferred :Experience with large-scale government ERP finance implementations and dataProficiency in using Atlassian Jira, ServiceNow, or similar project management toolsExperience facilitating collaboration with cross-functional teamsExperience working remotely within a large projectExperience working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environmentExperience in SQL, Python, data modeling, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning preferredHands-on experience with data management, data architecture, and data modeling within the DoD
