The WW Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) focus on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and standard processes to deliver the best customer experience in the Channel, and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical and people enablement spaces, WW CSO closely collaborate with many cross-functional teams at both WW and regional levels. We are looking for an outstanding AI product manager to create, design, and implement the AI/ML product vision and architecture for our conversational commerce solutions. You will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of AI-powered capabilities at scale, transforming the way we sell across our channel sales platforms. You will deliver innovative AI/ML solutions that enhance the customer journey to drive sales growth.

Description

AIML Product Strategy & Vision: - Define and drive the AI/ML product vision, strategy, and roadmap for conversational commerce solutions across our channel sales platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, customer struggles, and industry trends to shape a compelling product vision. - Translate business goals into technical requirements, driving the AI architecture needed to deliver scalable, ground breaking AI/ML solutions. 2. AI-POWERED SOLUTION: - Design AI/ML-driven features and solutions to create intelligent sales assistants. - Drive product development of intelligent systems that optimize personalized content delivery, and other AI-driven selling capabilities. - Oversee the integration of machine learning models into existing sales platforms and partner chatbots, better customer experiences to drive sales conversion.. 3. SCALABILITY & INNOVATION: - Architect solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable, using AI/ML to enable personalized shopping experiences and sales insights across multiple channels. - Stay on the cutting edge of AI/ML technologies, incorporating standard methodologies and innovations to continuously improve product offerings. - Build partnerships with external technology vendors and AI research institutions to stay ahead of trends and foster collaboration. 4. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: - Work closely with sales leaders, and partner teams, to ensure alignment on product requirements and value propositions. - Partner with data science, engineering, and program teams to ensure smooth execution from ideation to production. - Communicate the product vision, strategy, and value to partners and senior leadership, gaining alignment and support for AI/ML initiatives. 5. METRICS & PERFORMANCE: - Establish and monitor product success metrics (adoption, engagement, revenue impact) and use data-driven insights to drive continuous product improvement. - Manage and prioritize the product backlog, working with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years in AI/ML-focused product roles. Proven track record in building and scaling AI/ML solutions, preferably in sales chatbot domains. Consulting experience preferred

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AI/ML models, data pipelines, cloud technologies, and product architecture. Experience with NLP, machine learning, deep learning frameworks, and analytics tools.

Domain Knowledge: Experience in conversational commerce solutions with a deep understanding of how AI can enhance selling and sales conversion.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, or an equivalent.

Master’s degree or PhD in AI/ML is a strong plus.

Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent communication skills to influence key partners and drive alignment across teams.

Problem Solving: Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable AI/ML-driven product solutions.

Agility: Experience working in Agile environments, with a focus on iterative product development and rapid experimentation.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $195,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
