You will be the Manufacturing Support Team Member for the MFC Mechanical Manufacturing Team in Grand Prairie. Our team is responsible for machining, welding, painting, and assembling mechanical parts used for multiple programs.What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Support Team Member, you will be responsible supporting production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment working with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include:• Troubleshooting items on the shop floor with Supervision, Manufacturing Engineers, and Quality Engineers• Maintaining employee skills matrix• Chemical cabinet audits, calibrated tools collection and enforcing 6S best practices• Driving daily completions on the shop floor• Attending daily/weekly meetings such as Corrective Action Board, Work Center Based and Performance Management Teams
