$100-120k Our client is looking for a creative, highly motivated/competitive, and strategic-minded individual with 5-7+ years of Paralegal experience with a competitive fire to help dominate the market. Job Description
We are seeking a Paralegal in our Atlanta office who will prepare, redline, negotiate and organize sales, non-disclosure, dealer and vendor agreements, working closely with the legal and sales teams.
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with preparing, reviewing, editing and organizing documents related to various commercial transactions including but not limited to terms and conditions of sale, non-disclosure agreements, dealer and vendor contracts, etc. Manage annual renewals, coordinating with internal stakeholders to adhere to timely renewals and compliance with contractual obligations Ensure that contracts align with company goals and objectives Conduct legal and factual research Contract management including organizing and filing of electronic and paper documents. Maintain and track legal matters Respond to requests for information Assist with special projects Interact with all levels of the organization and external contacts Coordinate work between business stakeholders, sales team and legal department Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Minimum of five years of paralegal experience Minimum of five years of experience supporting product development/engineering functions Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated technology and process improvement aptitude. Excellent time management, planning and communication skills required. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills-ability to interface with all levels of senior management. A high degree of integrity and ethical behavior - able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and team player. Experience in a corporate environment. Proficiency working with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong background in commercial agreements Experience with Construction, Power Tools, and PT Accessories industries a definite plus. Experience with compliance with Federal Government sales
