Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and making job offers.Conduct new employee orientation sessions and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees on benefit options.Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and knowledge.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.Assist with HR policy development and implementation to ensure alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.Bilingual PreferredBenefits:
