Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is currently seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer with 4 - 10 years of experience to join our team. The position will focus primarily on water/wastewater related projects, including but not limited to supply, conveyance, treatment, and disposal. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is eager to lead and grow as a professional working in a fast-paced team environment in our Albuquerque, NM office. The position may include production management, project management, contracting, mentoring and client management.

Essential Job Functions:
Although expected to work independently, this individual must be able to interact well with other team members within the Wilson & Company team.Contact and visit clients for business development / marketing, including attendance at local industry conferences and seminars.High degree of intrapersonal and communication skills is necessary.Proven teamwork and problem-solving skills.Comfortable to manage and develop business client relationships.Excellent work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of engineering principlesRequired Experience:
BS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering emphasisMS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering is preferred4-10 years of experienceNMPE License or the ability to obtain a license in 6-months is requiredExperience with plan production using AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD MEP3d, AutoCAD Plant3d, or revitExperience with hydraulic and environmental calculations as well as technical report writingExperience with hydraulic modeling utilizing WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWater, or InfoSewer
Salary Range:
$64,000 to $152,000
