SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Program Specialist to support the development and implementation of our programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and a proven track record of managing successful programs. The Talent Program Specialist will coordinate and monitor all aspects of programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the requirements of our organization and stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIESServe as project manager of talent programs such as Skillbridge, Emerging Lead Program (ELP), Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Emergenetics, Advanced Degree Program (ADP), Women's Leadership Programs (LEAD), Essentials of Leadership & Management (ELM), Professional Development Program (PDP), New Employee Onboarding (NEO), and High Potential Program (HiPo).Identify potential problems and risks and develop solutions to address them.Maintain effective communication and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of talent programs.Prepare and submit reports to direct manager on progress, achievements, and challenges.Develop and implement program evaluation frameworks to measure program impact and effectiveness.Coordinate program logistics, such as staffing, venues, catering, and travel arrangements.Demonstrate innovative thought leadership, strategic thinking, builds trust with stakeholders and leaders and has the ability to influence others without direct authority to achieve solutions to meet organizations objectives.Partner with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams to infuse diversity, equity, and inclusion into the recruitment, onboarding, training and retention practices.Partner with Employee Resource Groups to support them with their annual events and goals.Represents the company at outreach and corporate events.Maintain strategic relationships and set clear goals with the community, industry, and local and other organizations.Collaborate with the Human Resources Information Systems Team to analyze available data to perform gap analysis to arrive at data metrics and recommendations that influence workforce, recruitment and retention plans.Collaborate with the Communications department to identify, plan, promote, and execute on talent programs and outreach events.Familiar with talent selection to develop and conduct outreach recruitment programs to obtain qualified and diverse candidates. This includes knowledge of recruitment materials, job-related selection procedures, labor market availability, applicant flow, and applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines.Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a related field required or a minimum of four years related work experience.2 years of experience with Diversity and Inclusion initiatives preferred.4 years of experience leading company-wide HR initiatives.Demonstrated cultural awareness, agility, and ability to build trust and credibility and navigate a complex landscape.Demonstrated success as a collaborator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships to achieve results.Working knowledge of HR concepts, practices and procedures.Demonstrated organizational and creative problem solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize changing demands.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management.Familiarity with or ability to gain proficiency in, the use of new technologies and/or media to augment sourcing efforts.Actively participates in implementing and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, reduce cycle time, and maximize costs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects or controls, and to talk and hear. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

PAY SCALE

$82,960 - $107,360

This pay range is a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. It takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, and education.
