Overview:State of New Hampshire intends to migrate the following existing in production Infor business applications to Infor CloudSuite Public Sector (collectively, referred to as "Software in Scope"):

oS3 v10 Financial ManagementoS3 v10 Supply Chain ManagementoS3 v10 Human Resource Management/Payroll

These production systems and database(s) will be migrated from an existing Infor v9 or v10 production environment to Infor CloudSuite Public Sector as:

oInfor Financials and Supply Management (FSM) (multi-tenant)oInfor Human Capital Management (HCM) Global HR (multi-tenant)oInfor Human Capital Management (HCM) Global HR Payroll (multi-tenant)•Infor Workforce Management scope:oWFM will be upgraded from the current version to WFM MT V7.X

The Project Manager (PM) in this role will collaborate with various organizations and the vendor to coordinate, direct, administer, facilitate, monitor, and report on all aspects of the INFOR CloudSuite Project.

INFOR CloudSuite Program Manager Responsibilities:•Coordinate with both State and Vendor officials to develop project plans, with defined timelines, deliverables, etc. within INFOR's established methodology to ensure successful completion of the CloudSuite project.•As required, create artifacts and communications to fill gaps between INFOR project management framework and State Requirements at the direction of the Program Manager.•Monitor project milestones to ensure alignment with defined timelines and deliverables.•Monitor project activities to ensure they are within scope and adhere to applicable federal and state policies, procedures, and standards.oMonitor and, where necessary, recommend courses of action for any project activities that are at risk, deficient or not compliant with regulations or requirements.•Schedule, facilitate and document results of project meetings, work sessions, etc. leveraging the INFOR framework for project management to the maximum extent without duplication of effort.•Provide scheduled and ongoing reporting to key stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables.oEngage key stakeholders when project deliverables are at risk and recommend courses of action required to mitigate project risk.•Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop new, and update existing policies, procedures, standards, and training as well as required artifacts to support the project outcomes.•Communicate and meet with project team and key stakeholders on a regular basis.
