JOB DESCRIPTION: STATION SUPERVISOR FLSA STAUS: NON-EXEMPT REPORT TO: STATION MANAGER (Primary), DIRECTOR OF STATIONS (Secondary) SUPERVISES: CROSS UTILIZED AGENTS

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Airport Station Supervisor is part of the management team in our airport stations. The full-time position is responsible for overseeing cross utilized agents and their daily activities. Station Supervisors must be available any day, any shift as are required to fill shifts when needed. Station Supervisor are often required to work at various locations in addition to their supervisory duties. Station Supervisors are responsible for setting the best example to other agents and our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Knowledge and experience in all duties and responsibilities of an airport customer service agent. Working knowledge of Airport ramp, operations, and customer service positions; ability to perform all the duties of an airport customer service agent. Willing to perform all duties and tasks of those supervised. Ensuring FAA, Airline and airport regulations are followed. Enforcing safety/security measures and protecting sensitive zones. Overseeing day-to-day operations of the customer service agents. Acting as the airline contact in the absence of the station manager. Enforcing all policies and procedures; assisting in maintaining records to document compliance. Answering questions and providing direction to customer service agents. Assisting in training for policies, procedures, safety and security, computer systems. Other duties assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

Great customer service attitude and a willingness to "find a way" as opposed to "I can't," where applicable. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Computer skills - ability to learn reservation and phone systems, proficient with a PC. Working knowledge of Airport ramp, operations, and customer service positions; ability to perform all the duties of an airport cross utilized agent. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Basic math abilities. Ability to work within a 24/7 operation including holidays (fill shifts as needed). At least 18 years of age. Must be authorized to work in the U.S per the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screen per airline and/or company regulations. Physical requirements:

Must be able to lift 70-pound suitcase from the floor to 18 inches and carry 70 pound suitcase in front of you with both hands for a distance of up to 25 feet. Must have physical dexterity sufficient to perform repetitive tasks and motions, including bending at the waist and knees, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, and sustaining those positions for extended amounts of time. Must have sufficient vision and ability to safely perform duties. Benefits:
