Position Details:Patient Access Manager- San Antonio, TXLocation :
San Antonio, TX 78229Project Duration : Full Time (Permanent)10% annual base incentive bonus- based on years of experience.

Job Summary
As the Patient Access Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Director in daily operations of all Patient Access functions and serve as the liaison between the Shared Service Center (SSC) and the facility.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the Model AIDET guidelines in all interactions with the patient and ensure staff are adhering to the patient experience expectations.Responsible for ensuring QA on registrations for all areas of Registration.Perform patient registration functions when needed to ensure wait times are kept to a minimum.Follow-up on patient complaints promptly.Supervise and maintain the productivity of employees.Responsible for Dept. Operations Report, FTEs and Operating budgets.Responsible for conducting monthly staff meetings and in-services for all responsible areas.Assume on-call responsibilities to ensure adequate staff and problem solving
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field requiredMinimum three years' experience in Patient Access in an acute care setting
Reporting Structuring
: Registrar- Team lead- Manager- Assistant Director- Director
Top 3 Objectives
Managing Frontline registration staff in successful registering patients, unpfront cash collections, great customer services, insurance verification and patient complaints.Tracking and meeting 10+ key performance indicators
