About the Role
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for receiving, managing, and processing daily sales orders from all of our customers. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to be part of an industry that is poised for unprecedented growth with an organization that is revolutionizing the future of produce.
What You'll Do:
Order management, entry, and sample management
Food show and events coordination
Invoice Processing
FedEx, pick-up, and mail samples to customers & for customer appointments
Receive and enter orders into the BoweryOS
Requests orders (if no order has been received)
Food Show coordination including registration, sample coordination, shipping, and in-person support
Maintain received quantity records and coordinate with Finance for invoicing
New Customer Set up, registration, and onboarding
SKU Registration, coordination with the Legal team, etc
Who You Are:
Experience in sales operations
Super organized and workflow efficient - you will be using many different applications and platforms, including Salesforce, Slack, G-suite, Microsoft Office, various customer web portals, and the custom-built BoweryOS
High energy level – you should be able to engage effectively and communicate with multiple personality types externally and within the Bowery organization
Responsiveness - our customers require quick and efficient communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to operate independently and an entrepreneurial spirit
A passion for improving our food system through the use of technology, and the ability to translate this passion into a compelling selling story
