Duties/Responsibilities but not limited to:
Blaze the trail in establishing and nurturing professional relationships with prospects in the Light Industrial sector. Conduct strategic prospecting to identify untapped opportunities for Light Industrial Staffing. Accelerate sales revenue for your assigned territory, becoming a catalyst for industrial growth. Research and develop innovative sales territories, staying ahead in the rapidly evolving industrial landscape. Network and build robust relationships with new, current, and former clients in the Light Industrial domain. Advocate for our staffing solutions, educating and convincing new and existing clients of the transformative impact of our services. Collaborate seamlessly with the Recruiting team, understanding the specific needs of Light Industrial clients and effectively marketing candidates. Surpass sales targets, dominate cold calls, and exceed appointment goals each week. Leverage modern sales prospecting techniques, including cold emails, virtual prospecting, social networking, and cold calling, while consistently updating targets and providing accurate forecasts. Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficient in data entry and management to navigate the nuances of the Light Industrial Staffing sector. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite or related software, enhancing your ability to convey the value of our staffing solutions. Adept at various sales techniques, including virtual prospecting and social networking, tailored for the Light Industrial landscape. Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and research skills to resonate with industry leaders. Resilient under pressure, demonstrating the composure needed to navigate the challenges of the industrial sector. Ability to thrive independently and collaborate seamlessly within a dynamic team environment. High energy levels and a self-starter mentality, perfectly aligned with the fast-paced nature of Light Industrial Staffing. Education and Experience:
High School Degree or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. Generally requires 2-5 years of related experience or sales experience, with a focus on Light Industrial Staffing. Strong Sales and Customer Service skills tailored for the industrial sector. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Quick learner with the ability to work efficiently to meet productivity goals. Exceptional organizational skills to navigate multiple departments and follow up with clients and prospects. Reliable transportation is a must, as this role involves significant outside sales activities. License/Certification:
Valid Driver's License (Required) Work Location:
Embrace the field with in-person interactions, where the industrial landscape comes to life. Maintain constant communication with the VP of Operations. Actively participate in weekly sales and development calls. Physical Requirements:
Thrive on the road with 50% travel, including the ability to lift, stand, and carry a minimum of 20lbs. Adaptability for prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and making strategic moves in the industrial chessboard.
