As a Principal Coordinator within the Commercial Bank’s Treasury Management Fulfillment organization, you will be responsible for the daily execution of activities supporting the Escrow Services team. This team is responsible for product implementation, processing customer deposit/withdrawal requests as well as fulfilling maintenance requests for all products within the Escrow Services suite. Products supported include: Tenant Security, Deposit Escrow, IOLTA and Deposit Placement Fee. You will focus specifically on the consistent, error-free execution of the organization’s day-to-day activities in an effort to meet the needs of our clients, while contributing to the overall goals of our business. In addition to these responsibilities, you may also be called upon to collaborate with key business partners in an effort to improve processes, mitigate risk and enhance our overall control framework.
Duties and Responsibilities
:
Execute daily production tasks, leveraging departmental procedures, while meeting all internal and external service level agreements
Cross train on multiple functions to support various Treasury Management products and services
Partner with management to identify potential process improvements or opportunities to enhance our overall risk environment
Contribute in project settings, as needed
Partner with other teams to to research and resolve any customer impacting issues
Troubleshoot issues, implement resolutions and provide a great customer experience
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where priorities may shift
Work from Home Technology Requirements:
A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
Internet service must be provided by Cable or fiber Internet Service Provides (ISP)
Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to www.google.com , type Speed Test and run from the Google landing page
Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met

Capital One reserves the right to modify internet service requirements with sixty (60) days notice. Internet Service Provider specs can change by provider and location within the US. Candidates must live within approximately 50 miles of one of the hub locations based in 23238 and be comfortable coming in person whenever required with no less than 24 hours notice.
Basic Qualifications
:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of banking experience in back office operations
At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
Preferred Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
2+ years of banking experience in a back office operations
1+ year of Commercial Banking experience
2+ year of customer service experience
2+ years of experience with Salesforce
