Dreamscape Learn, a pioneer in the realm of immersive virtual reality entertainment and learning design, is seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and eager to contribute their skills to create visually compelling and impactful projects across various mediums.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and create innovative and compelling designs for a variety of projects, including print and digital media. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions. Maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual communications, and refresh as needed. Design sales and marketing assets such as digital ads, event signage, sales decks, social media content (i.e. infographics), email templates, website refreshes and microsites, and other marketing collateral. Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed. Assist in preparing files for production and collaborating with external vendors when necessary. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually enhance your skill set. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 5 + years of professional design experience (internships included). Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus. Familiarity with marketing principles and digital content creation. Experience in UI/UX design and/or motion graphics preferred. Benefits
