What will you be doing?
Deliver effective customer service:
Provide support via phone, resolving issues timely and accurately Offer strong problem-solving skills:
Provide innovative solutions and system modifications to address and reduce customer issues Troubleshoot and resolve:
Plan, administer, and support client hardware and software devices Process improvement:
Continually improve programs and processes through the development and implementation of practical action plans, providing quality assurance and best practices Follow procedures:

Bachelor's degree in information systems or 2 years' experience in field or related area Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Professional and pleasant telephone manner Demonstrate strong PC skills and familiarity with PC operating systems (Windows 10, etc.) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
